It was the Monks’ annual trip to Aviemore, and once again we we were lucky with the weather. Saturday some of us went swimming in the morning and after lunch the we went down to Treezone for a go. This is a obstacle course set out among the trees. You start off about 10 feet above the ground, but by the end you are up about 50 feet up and you get to zip slide back to the start. Great fun.
On the Sunday, we went for our annual walk around a local loch – this year was Loch Morlich. Ella did some posing and the kids built a dam – same as previous years!!
The tree walk looks great. I assume that Morag reluctantly volunteered to stay on the ground and take photographs! Speaking of photographs: - As usual Ella looks stunning in her "Tea Cosy". Also, still on photographs, the "Big Picture" photos of the Indonesian volcano are awesome and shocking. How lucky are we, to only have wet miserable weather to worry about?
